Senior Software Engineer, Backend (Loan Origination and Reporting)

Job Description

Build and scale data platforms and services for real-time loan originations and financial reporting. Lead engineers through technical ambiguity, manage quarterly goals, and foster a culture of quality through design standards and mentorship.

Requirements: Requires 4+ years of experience in backend systems using Python or Kotlin, with expertise in distributed systems and data pipelines using Spark and Airflow. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience is required.
