Job Description

Lead the development and execution of complex mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building automation projects within county facilities. Serve as the primary representative for design projects, ensuring high-quality engineering solutions and operational efficiency.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture and a valid Virginia Professional Engineer license. Candidates must have at least four years of professional experience, with a preference for those with extensive lead experience in commercial building systems.
