Civil Engineer (Land Development)

Job Description

The role involves creating CAD drawings for site and subdivision plans, including utility and roadway design. Responsibilities also include preparing erosion control plans, performing hydrologic and pavement computations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements: Candidates must have a B.S. in Civil Engineering and experience in designing and processing land development applications. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is required, while EIT certification and experience in Northern Virginia jurisdictions are preferred.
