Job Description

Analyze assembly lines and processes using Lean principles to identify improvements and eliminate waste. Develop value stream maps and standard work instructions while performing time studies and line balancing.

Requirements: Mandatory shopfloor experience is required along with expertise in Lean Manufacturing and VSM. Candidates must be able to perform root cause analysis for quality failures and support fixture design.
