Principal Software Engineer

Job Description

Lead the technical direction for Kubernetes-based platform architecture to improve deployment, operation, and scalability of Splunk products. Partner across multiple engineering teams to translate complex requirements into practical designs and drive the modernization of legacy enterprise systems.

Requirements: Requires a minimum of 10+ years of professional software engineering experience in backend or distributed systems, with at least 2 years of hands-on Kubernetes experience. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a preference for expertise in Go, C++, Java, or Python.
