Senior Software Engineer, Rust

Job Description

Architect and develop high-performance Rust software for real-time target tracking and state estimation systems. Lead a small team in prototyping and deploying state-of-the-art algorithms for multi-sensor data fusion in a defense context.

Requirements: Requires 8+ years of software engineering experience and a degree in a technical field, with strong proficiency in Rust, Python, and applied mathematics. Candidates must be eligible for a U.S. Secret security clearance and have experience managing production software architecture.
