Lead Electrical Engineer

Job Description

The Lead Electrical Engineer provides hands-on support for the design, testing, and improvement of electrical and electronic products throughout their lifecycle. They are responsible for resolving technical production issues and leading new product development initiatives in coordination with manufacturing and quality teams.

Requirements: The candidate must have strong electrical engineering experience within a manufacturing environment and the ability to take ownership of technical issues. They should be proficient in developing electrical schematics, specifications, and conducting root-cause analysis for product failures.
