Job Description

The Industrial Engineer is responsible for defining and implementing production processes, including performing time studies and capacity analysis. They optimize workflow and schedule job plans to support the manufacturing of aerospace hardware.

Requirements: Candidates must have a B.S. in Industrial Engineering or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in aircraft manufacturing. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies like MOST is required.
