Job Description

Deploy the Medtronic Performance System to optimize manufacturing workflows, production layouts, and labor efficiency. Utilize data from SAP and Power BI to drive operational decisions and implement Lean and TPS principles to transition to single piece flow.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and at least one year of experience in medical device manufacturing. Must hold a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and be proficient in DMAIC, Lean principles, statistical analysis, and CAD software.
