Industrial Engineer

Job Description

Lead a team of onsite Industrial Engineers to execute productivity improvements, line balancing, and Lean initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities. Act as the primary liaison between customer, onsite, and offshore teams to drive project governance and operational transformation.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with experience in high-volume production environments. Must be proficient in Lean methodologies, video-based time studies, and managing global cross-functional teams.
