Specialist, Mechanical Engineer- Composite Case Design

Job Description

Lead the mechanical design of filament-wound composite cases for solid propulsion systems, including creating 3D models and detailed engineering drawings. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support production, address nonconforming hardware, and execute qualification testing.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience, or a Graduate degree with 2+ years, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree. Must have expertise in filament wound composite pressure vessel design and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
