Job Description

The SVP of Product will define and execute Toptal's AI-native product strategy and overall portfolio roadmap. This role involves leading the product organization, managing hiring and resourcing, and integrating acquisitions into the platform.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field (master's preferred) and over 15 years of software product management experience, including 8 years leading product organizations. Candidates must have deep, hands-on expertise in modern AI disciplines and a proven track record of delivering business outcomes at high-growth tech companies.
