Job Description

Lead initiatives to increase productivity and profitability across the manufacturing lifecycle using Lean Six Sigma and statistical methods. Develop capacity assessments, simulation models, and KPI dashboards to optimize production processes and resolve technical challenges.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering with at least 6 years of experience, or a Graduate degree with 4 years. Proficiency in statistical software like Minitab and simulation tools like FlexSim is preferred.
