Facilities Mechanical Engineer III

Job Description

The role serves as a technical resource for the operation, design, and maintenance of facility mechanical systems including HVAC and plumbing. It involves leading sustaining and expansion projects while mentoring junior staff to improve facility reliability and efficiency.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related STEM field with at least 4 years of relevant HVAC or facilities engineering experience. Candidates must be proficient in DDC/SCADA interfaces and possess strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills.
