Job Description

Oversees technical reviews and environmental planning for transportation projects to ensure compliance with environmental laws. Manages waterway and earth disturbance permits and coordinates environmental mitigation commitments.

Requirements: Requires four years of professional civil engineering experience, including three years in a specialty and one year of supervisory experience. Must possess a valid Professional Engineer license from Pennsylvania and a valid driver's license.
