Lead Agent & Analytics Software Engineer II

Job Description

Serve as the technical lead and agent architect for projects including a multi-agent research platform. Responsible for foundational technical decisions, code reviews, and managing project schedules and team ceremonies.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of software development experience in Agile, and 2+ years of experience with AI Agents or Prompt Engineering. An active Top Secret security clearance and the ability to work on-site in Fairfax, VA, are mandatory.
