Job Description

Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve quality, cost, and manufacturing performance through sustainable operational improvements. Drive process efficiency by reducing waste, conducting Value Stream Mapping, and facilitating Kaizen workshops.

Requirements: Requires expertise in DMAIC methodology and statistical tools to analyze operational metrics and KPIs. Must be able to ensure compliance with medical device manufacturing practices and quality management systems.
