Job Description

Lead the design and implementation of evaluation infrastructure and error-analysis practices for long-horizon AI agents. Build and harden backend systems to improve the reliability, quality, and scale of the AI platform.

Requirements: Requires at least one year of specific experience working on AI agents and a strong background in backend engineering and AI platforms. Candidates must have demonstrated expertise in building evals and performing systemic error analysis.
