Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will lead the design and development of mechanical and electromechanical packaging equipment while providing technical guidance to manufacturing and assembly teams. This role involves managing engineering workloads, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and mentoring junior engineers throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements: Candidates must have strong experience in mechatronics and at least 3 years of machine design experience using SolidWorks. Proficiency in packaging equipment design, lean manufacturing principles, and the ability to work hands-on in an OEM environment are essential.
