Job Description

The Manufacturing Electrical Engineer will develop and launch processes for powertrain battery tray, casting, and engine programs to meet safety, quality, and cost objectives. They are responsible for managing equipment installation, performing cost studies, and driving standardization across multiple manufacturing plants.

Requirements: Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED with three years of engineering experience, though a bachelor's or master's degree is preferred. The role requires strong communication skills, advanced problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to travel between 21% and 40% of the time.
