Software Engineer II (AMIR Head End Support)

Job Description

The engineer will configure and support the vendor AMI Head-End platform while troubleshooting application, integration, and performance issues. They will also create scripts, dashboards, and automation to improve operational visibility and system reliability.

Requirements: Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in troubleshooting complex applications and working with cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and proficiency in SQL, Python, or Java are required.
