Lead Technical Trainer

Job Description

The Lead Technical Trainer will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for internal engineers, field service engineers, and external customers. This role also involves maintaining simulation equipment and collaborating with technical support teams to incorporate field feedback into training content.

Requirements: Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and possess at least 5 years of experience in drives, automation, or field service engineering. Strong communication skills and the ability to travel are essential for this role.
