Manager Embedded Software Engineer 2

Job Description

The Embedded Software Engineering Manager 2 is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and integration of software components while managing team performance and resources. They must drive continuous improvement, provide technical coaching, and ensure compliance with internal development plans and standards.

Requirements: Candidates must hold a STEM degree with at least 4 to 8 years of relevant experience and possess an active DoD Secret clearance. Strong leadership skills, experience in software development team management, and familiarity with integration and testing processes are required.
