Staff Software Engineer, HR Experience

Job Description

The role involves designing, building, and maintaining full-stack features for the HR Experience product surface while providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members. The engineer will also participate in on-call rotations, lead incident responses, and collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements: Candidates must have 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong proficiency in modern backend and frontend frameworks. A solid understanding of relational databases, software engineering fundamentals, and the ability to own projects end-to-end are essential requirements.
