Industrial Engineer

Job Description

The Industrial Engineer will develop and optimize manufacturing processes, production flow, and assembly line layouts to increase productivity and efficiency. They will also implement lean methodologies, conduct time studies, and analyze inventory to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Requirements: Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering and possess at least ten years of relevant experience. Strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency in lean manufacturing principles, and the ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues are essential.
