Job Description

You will own the technical roadmap for core Prediction Markets backend systems and design highly scalable, low-latency services for real-time trading. Additionally, you will lead engineering excellence initiatives and mentor team members to foster a culture of ownership.

Requirements: Candidates must have 10+ years of backend engineering experience with a strong track record at the Staff Engineer level. You should possess deep expertise in designing large-scale, distributed systems and have experience or interest in financial exchange or trading platforms.
