Job Description

The Senior Business Systems Analyst acts as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate the adoption of AI-enabled solutions. They are responsible for gathering requirements, evaluating AI use cases, and ensuring project alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.

Requirements: Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience or a Master's degree with 4 years of experience in business systems analysis or related fields. A practical understanding of AI concepts, including LLMs, RAG, and AI governance, is required along with strong analytical and communication skills.
