Principal, IT Software Engineer 1

Job Description

The Principal Software Engineer sets architectural direction and drives end-to-end solution design for complex, cross-system platforms. They act as a key advisor to leadership, mentor senior engineering staff, and resolve high-impact technical problems across the organization.

Requirements: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of progressive software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in high-scale CCaaS or CX enterprise software. Proficiency in AWS, Salesforce, and infrastructure provisioning via Terraform is required.
