Job Description

The Senior Lead Software Engineer will design, develop, and troubleshoot complex software solutions while driving the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices. They will also define architecture for complex deliverables and analyze large data sets to improve system performance and coding hygiene.

Requirements: Candidates must have 5+ years of software engineering experience and 2+ years of leadership experience in a corporate environment. Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and AWS cloud services is required, along with a solid understanding of machine learning and agile methodologies.
