Senior Software Engineer, Agentic Infrastructure

Job Description

You will design, build, and maintain backend services and shared platform capabilities to support Handshake AI and internal initiatives. This role involves leading database design, improving system performance, and mentoring engineers to establish backend standards.

Requirements: Candidates must have 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, and relational databases. Practical knowledge of LLM-powered systems and experience operating services in cloud-based, containerized environments are essential.
