Lead Software Engineer, Conversational Agent Platform

Job Description

The Lead Full Stack Software Engineer will design and build scalable, cloud-native web applications to support conversational AI experiences across athenahealth workflows. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical direction, maintain system quality, and mentor other engineers.

Requirements: Candidates must have 8 to 15 years of professional software engineering experience with strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot. The role requires hands-on experience with cloud-native environments, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and AI-enabled development workflows.
