Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Description

The Forward Deployed Engineer serves as the primary technical contact for customer accounts, managing integrations, automations, and platform support. They collaborate with internal teams to diagnose bugs, implement fixes, and drive product roadmap improvements based on customer feedback.

Requirements: Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a hands-on technical role supporting enterprise customers. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash and experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment tools are required.
