Industrial Process Engineer

Job Description

The Industrial Process Engineer will optimize production workflows, improve plant efficiency, and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance manufacturing throughput. They will also design workstation layouts, conduct time-motion studies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce scrap and downtime.

Requirements: Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering and possess 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD or 3D modeling software and expertise in Lean tools and statistical process control are required.
