Staff AI Software Engineer - Level 5

Job Description

The AI/ML team lead will define the AI/ML execution vision and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into software systems. Responsibilities include managing the full project lifecycle, from data collection and model development to deployment and performance monitoring.

Requirements: Candidates must possess a STEM degree with at least 8-12 years of related experience and hold an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance. Proficiency in C++ and experience leading technical teams are essential for this role.
