Development Manager

Job Description

The Development Manager will oversee multifamily projects from initial site evaluation through construction, managing due diligence, entitlements, and design processes. They will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

Requirements: Candidates should have 2–7+ years of experience in real estate development, construction, or a related field, along with strong analytical and project management skills. A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
