Technical Leader - Packaging

Job Description

The Technical Leader serves as the primary authority for extrusion and thermoforming applications, driving technology adoption and commercialization across global packaging markets. They are responsible for building deep technical relationships with customers and collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions and resolve complex technical challenges.

Requirements: Candidates must possess a B.S. in a relevant scientific or engineering field with at least 15 years of industry experience, though a Master's or PhD with 10+ years is preferred. Extensive expertise in polymer science, extrusion and thermoforming processes, and structured problem-solving methodologies is required.
