Job Description

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment through Kaizen and Lean events. Develop digital dashboards and support capital projects to improve productivity, ergonomics, and material flow.

Requirements: Requires 1 to 3 years of technical experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, with a preference for a BS in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. Candidates must demonstrate leadership abilities and proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and Power BI.
