The Senior Software Engineer will architect and evolve the digital laboratory platform by partnering with scientists to translate complex workflows into scalable solutions. They are responsible for Benchling configuration, application development, data modeling, and establishing robust software engineering practices.

Requirements: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering or scientific informatics. Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and hands-on experience with the Benchling platform are required.
