Staff Software Engineer

Job Description

You will provide technical leadership for the backend ecosystem, architecting core platform pillars and leading the design of high-scale content ingestion pipelines. Additionally, you will shape the AI platform strategy and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of high-quality software development.

Requirements: Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in software architecture and backend systems development with proficiency in modern distributed languages. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience is required.
