Industrial Engineer

Job Description

The Industrial Engineer will perform time and motion studies, build industrial models for production processes, and optimize work cell layouts to improve material flow. They will also drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and report on equipment availability and performance data to support operational decision-making.

Requirements: Candidates must have experience in a manufacturing or factory setting, including proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio. Strong analytical skills in cycle time, OEE, and capacity analysis, along with experience performing time studies, are required.
