Industrial Engineer

Job Description

The Industrial Engineer will design and optimize sub-assembly layouts, workstations, and material flows to support efficient aerospace and autonomous systems production. They will also conduct time and labor studies to establish standards and drive continuous process improvement across the manufacturing campus.

Requirements: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience in high-growth manufacturing environments. Proficiency in AutoCAD, lean manufacturing principles, and hands-on experience with layout planning and labor standards development are essential.
