Junior Industrial Engineer

Job Description

The Junior Industrial Engineer will conduct time studies, process mapping, and bottleneck analyses to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Lean initiatives and standardize work instructions.

Requirements: Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering with 0-3 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and Lean methodologies are required.
