Industrial Engineer

Job Description

The Industrial Engineer leads complex engineering projects from concept to completion while applying advanced principles to optimize manufacturing and assembly operations. They are responsible for developing engineering standards, conducting time studies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

Requirements: Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in manufacturing environments with strong expertise in industrial engineering and lean methodologies. Proficiency in CAE tools such as SolidWorks, MATLAB, and Minitab is required, along with the ability to manage projects within budget and time constraints.
