Lead Hardware Engineer

Job Description

Lead the design and delivery of hardware products for metro and freight signaling systems from concept through manufacturing. Oversee a team of engineers and subcontractors to ensure solutions meet safety, quality, and performance requirements.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of experience in hardware development, specifically with complex PCB solutions. Must have proven leadership experience and the ability to manage project scope, budgets, and schedules.
