Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Description

You will act as a Forward Deployed Engineer to identify customer document problems, build custom technical solutions, and productize those solutions for future use. You will work closely with sales, engineering, and customers to ensure successful outcomes and drive product development.

Requirements: You must be a strong software engineer with experience in production software, customer-facing roles, and modern infrastructure. Proficiency in languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Go and experience with LLMs and cloud platforms is required.
