Job Description

The mechanical engineer will provide hands-on waterfront and manufacturing support for the construction and assembly of reactor and propulsion plant systems. They are responsible for resolving technical production issues, maintaining work instructions, and collaborating with craftsmen and management.

Requirements: Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program with at least 2 years of relevant exempt experience. Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical writing skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipbuilding software.
