Job Description

The Senior Electrical Engineer serves as a Generator Subject Matter Expert, leading technical stewardship, root cause analyses, and fleet-wide generator strategies. They are responsible for providing technical oversight for capital projects, vendor management, and ensuring the reliability of power generation assets.

Requirements: Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program and possess at least four years of experience in the operation, diagnostics, and repair of large turbine generators. Proficiency in IEEE standards and experience with multi-OEM platforms is essential for this role.
