Staff Software Engineer

Job Description

The Staff Software Engineer will lead the design and delivery of complex AI-native and cloud-native systems while providing technical mentorship to junior engineers. They will also collaborate across teams to optimize platform performance and ensure the successful integration of AI/ML services within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Requirements: Candidates must have 5+ years of experience with modern cloud-native and AI-native systems, including hands-on expertise in LLM orchestration and ServiceNow platform development. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required, along with strong proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript.
