Industrial Engineer

Job Description

The Industrial Engineer will drive operational excellence projects focused on cost reduction, throughput improvement, and material flow optimization. They are responsible for analyzing production value streams, implementing lean methodologies, and managing project timelines for plant initiatives.

Requirements: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering and possess at least 3 years of experience in an operations or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in lean manufacturing techniques, data analysis tools, and layout design software is required.
