Job Description

The Staff Software Engineer will lead the development of scalable platform capabilities, including infrastructure, tooling, and AI/ML frameworks. They are responsible for driving the full software lifecycle, conducting design reviews, and mentoring engineering team members.

Requirements: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a technical field with at least 4 years of experience, or 6 years of relevant software engineering experience. Proficiency in multiple programming languages and experience with cloud-native architecture and AI/ML integration are required.
